Beach Pack

Description
Palm tree-lined beach area with deckchairs, umbrellas and a typical local restaurant. To be built on the waterfront, several next to each other. Area: 4 x 10 units.

Common feature:
- Costs: 5000
- Maintenance cost: 350
- Electrical demand: 2-3
- Water demand: 0-2.
- Attracting tourists: 50
- Entertainment Accumulation: 80-100.
- Entrtainment Radius: 550

Components: 4 types of parks
- Promenade (no stalls, just a few changing cabins)
- Cafeteria (dining stalls on the beach)
- Restaurants (with a dining stall and a buffet car)
- Yakisoda (with a soda machine and dining tables)

They become available at Milestones 6 and 7, in the plazas menu.
