NNTC "A/A Radar" WIP Aircraft Radar System

Description
WIP SYSTEM, it works, but it is not fully featured for what I eventually want to make. Everything below is currently supported.

When using this radar, use lower scan width settings at long ranges to pick up targets better. I recommend maximum 40 deg scan width if you are trying to get a radar ping at 80km.

- 80-40-20-10-5km Range
- 140-80-60-40-20deg Sweep
- 4-2-1 Bar Scan

Normal mode
- Target bearing and range
- Useful for target interception
- Target position is saved in memory, allows radar to be useful after turning.

Vertical boresight mode
- BRA indicator (Exact bearing and range, relative altitude)
- Useful for lining up long range weapons or understanding target position better

Bias (slew) mode
- Click on the screen to change radar scan direction
- Useful for tracking targets with higher update rate when the plane is not flying directly at them
- Useful for WSO to track targets

Actual target tracking will be eventually added, for now this is a great system for seeing where targets are.
