Edit the Tomb Kings "A New Dynasty" ritual to retain the same cost.
10k Gold and 800 canopic jars is a hefty price already, no need to double it !

Pretty simple, just fixes the cost increase to 0 for every repeat of the ritual.

FYI, you can only get up to +25 armies via the ritual in the game files, so be aware that if you somehow get 20k canopic jars and spend it all on the ritual, you won't get more army capacity that way (though the ritual still appears and the cost should be the same :D).
(probably that way in the files because as it is you'd theoretically need 13421772800 jars to repeat the ritual the 25th times).

Should be compatible with anything that doesn't edit the New Dynasty ritual cost
