The Lagrange Interplanetary Motorworks team welcomes you to the unveiling of our fleet-supporting outpost; The Blackburn! This station was produced using prefabricated parts from the Stanton project, using them to craft a much smaller station with most of the same facilities - while the [/i]Stanton Shipyard[/i] fields and maintains capital ships and larger fleets, as well as serving as a faction HQ with a safe zone and ample energy production, the Blackburn operates as a far smaller and far cheaper alternative.

With less hydrogen storage and only 2 exterior couples for larger ships (in addition to its 4 side-mounted connectors and 1 dorsal connector within the station's ribs), this particular station simply cannot sustain operating large fleets. It is equipped with 2 upgraded refineries, but would take most of the station's power to fully utilize them. The primary use of this would be an outpost for larger factions, or a headquarters for a small mining organization.

To emphasize that this is less of an official LIM military outpost and more of a commercialized model simply using assets of larger stations, this does not even feature a safe zone - though added defense is integrated, so the threat level to the station owner is still quite low, it cannot be fully protected and does not feature a full-sized bridge for operations; as this is designed to be utilized fully by a handful of people.

In short, this station has 90% of the facilities of the Stanton with 30% of the baggage. This does result in not having many luxuries, though. The only true luxury is having the refinery side painted in a red-ish orange in markings, with the hydrogen storage side being marked by yellow so you know which side you're on at a glance.
