High Velocity Projectiles

Description
Projectile's speed are adjusted.

Pistol ammo : 360m/s
Rifle ammo : 930m/s
Gatling ammo : 1050m/s
Autocannon shell : 805m/s
Missile : 100-340m/s
Assault cannon shell : 1500m/s
Artillery shell : 1500m/s
Small Railgun sabot : 2000m/s
Large Railgun sabot : 2500m/s

Fire power, shooting range and DPS are still vanilla (not changed).

I am not using other weapon MODs.
If you are using other weapon MODs which influences to "Ammos.sbc" file, this MOD might not work correctly.
