Vanilla Subs With Lower Docking

Some vanilla subs edited to have a lower docking port for use with https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2184257427. The lower docking port needs to be operated manually using the controls near the docking port. The lever on the left side controls the flow of power to the port, while the lever on the right controls the dock and undock procedure.
