Time has changed, and the world has enjoyed nearly half a century of peace and prosperity, from the victory of the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution in China, the climax of the democratic and independent movement of Asia, Africa and Latin America, the union of the old capitalist countries in Europe, to the collapse of the Communist International and the division of NATO.
But with the recent end of the Cold War, how will the world see itself and how will it shape itself? Will the United States maintain its dominance? Is communism back in the spotlight? What role will Europe play? In what way will the third world enter the world stage? The world has changed and is still changing.
