ISDF Thunderbolt

Description
The ISDF Thunderbolt is a fast hovering reconnaissance vehicle. It's main role is scouting, looking for resources and eliminating small threats. Thanks to the hovering system the ship can easily navigate through any terrain.

Mods
This ship requires Aryx Weapons and Hover Engines to work. The Gravity Engine Mod isn't necessary, but lack of gravity drive will make no use of the ship in the atmosphere.

Drive Systems
Thunderbolt has two drive systems. The primary one is gravity-based, while the secondary is ion thrust. The gravity thrusters are effective only within natural gravity. Ion thrusters are effective only in low atmosphere density. The ship also has hover engines to keep it above the ground. The hover system is effective only up to 100 m/s, so don't exceed it, if you don’t want to turn the ship into a pile of scrap metal.

Guns
The ship uses Flechette Launcher from Aryx Enterprises. You can use this homing system to defend yourself from smaller threats on the ground and above you. There are also four gatling guns to shred some armor or creatures apart. The Flare launchers will distract enemy missiles to keep you safe.
