Even if you didn't read the skill book and have level higher for skill that skill book provides mod will mark this one as read cos there's no reason to read it. But if you have Exp Recovery or Retroactive Skill Books mod then this thing won't work. If you have some issues with this feature then let me know about it in comments. I'll try to think something
