Description
Lets you use the Livestock slavery type as an Elitist empire rather than a Xenophobic empire.

Requires Ethics & Civics: Bug Branch for the Elitist ethic. Might work with regular Ethics & Civics, I'm not sure. Let me know.

If you tried this and thought, "hey it's not working", it's because I messed up and was using the wrong syntax. Should be working now.
