Updated Medium Fire Holder Destruction Config

Updates the medium fire holder destruction config in Serious Sam HD to allow it to be triggered with more weapon and damage types (i.e. Devastator, impact and explosion type damage). This is especially useful if you use CWM to replace the HD weapons with Serious Sam 4's and try to unlock secrets in The Second Encounter, as the Rocket Launcher in the latter cannot normally trigger certain secrets in The Second Encounter - namely the secret snowmen in Land of the Damned and the Harpy and Gregory secrets in The Grand Cathedral. This is because its rockets are set to do Explosion damage, but these secrets will only trigger from Impact damage - as such, they cannot be triggered with the SS4 Rocket Launcher, which blocks the player from obtaining all secrets in the last two levels of The Second Encounter.

Also affects Serious Sam HD: BFE in case you were planning to play through it with SS4 weapons.
