No Self Tame Events

Description
This mod removes the self tame event by setting the chance for all events that use the vanilla IncidentWorker_SelfTame to 0.

Based on other mods that try to achieve the same result, but uses patch operations which are more thorough, and to hopefully maintain future and mod compatibility.

There is a mod not updated you left a link to your mod as an alternative there. But in your mod in my opinion only animals, I checked, people still fall, come, come, come - as I play always solo, I cause unbearable anguish to read the next application for recruiting. If possible, make a separate mod where it will turn off ALL spam recruiting, so that people have to buy or find their own. I have the whole map in the corpses of recruits) Thanks in advance)

Ideally, the base game should have an option which allows you to easily toggle this event on/off, but as far as I know it doesn't.
