Description
Judas' Tongue will now decrease 30 cent items to be 15 cents.

1- blue baby was added first, right? maybe they just didnt think about doing it with the other characters. or maybe im completely wrong idk i dont wanna go check the wiki to see what was added first

1, V0rp with external item disc you can see that characters with blue hearts dont get effected with judas' toung except for blue baby (because blue baby's whole gimmick is blue hearts) so its actually intended to not effect soul hearted characters,
2. can you make it so every 15 cent items cost 7 cents?

Can you make it so every item is 2 soul hearts for soul heart only characters?
