Description
Civilization: The Third Domain
Unlock the featured strategic resource, Spirituality, and a series of featured items using Spirituality.
Bomb of the Onion: +7 combat power to all current military units for 9 turns.
Sword of the Golden Calf: Get the corresponding output according to the resources in this city.
Bullet of the Twins: A null currently located in the city's territory becomes a soldier, or gains a null if there is no null.
Sword of the Crab: All null units deal an additional damage the next time they fight.
Lion's Bullet: Adds a Lion's Bullet, a weapon of mass destruction, to your national property.
Sword of the Ethereal Girl: Increases the loyalty pressure this city spreads to itself and surrounding cities, forcing peace between the warring nations, and forcing the rest to declare friends.
Scales of ammunition: all empty units can reflect a non-lethal damage.
Scorpion's Bullet: Empty ???oldiers??currently located in the city's territory are upgraded to cadres.
Sword of the Archer: Send all enemy units currently in the city's territory back to the capital.
Capricorn's Bullet: Converts a Military/Economic/Foreign Policy slot to a General Policy slot.
Aquarian Bullet: All military units currently in the city's territory regain 11 life points at the beginning of the turn for 9 turns.
Bomb of Two Fish: +1 housing in all current areas of the city.

Leader: Queen of White
Can switch between the following abilities.
General: Cities do not become war-weary. Produced military units receive one promotion. 80% discount on the cost of strategic resources required to produce units. All nuclear weapon items are 33% more productive.
Missy: Chance to capture enemy military units and turn them into nothing. Reduces the cost of recruiting city-state units by half and gives them +2 Mobility and +5 Combat Power. Costs 75% of gold and resources to raise units.
Politician: +1 build count to produce nulls. You can use build times to accelerate the progress of wonders and areas by 20%. Your city receives a productivity bonus from all nearby industrial zone buildings that have a zone bonus, not just the first one.
Worker: Military units may cross borders. Enemy spies will conduct spy operations at a level 3 levels lower than normal. Each spy can start with a free upgrade to agent. Diplomatic visibility doubles the combat power bonus. Defeating an enemy unit within the borders of an enemy city will cause that city to lose loyalty.
Executioner: Military units are not affected by enemy-controlled areas and do not suffer a combat bonus if they are wounded. When attacking a wounded unit, all units gain +5 combat power. Gain combat power boost from adjacent dead units (cap 10 points).
God: Possesses the abilities of all personalities, but consumes additional psychic power each turn.
In addition, all areas of your city will provide Spirit power. When you occupy a city, you will receive Spirit power according to the number of people in the city.

Featured Area: Empty Racecourse
The White Queen area. Replaces the Entertainment Center area.
Provides +3 satisfaction and is relatively inexpensive. Cannot be built in a city with a "water park".

Special Zone: Empty Settlement
This area replaces the Industrial Zone and is not only cheaper, but can be built earlier and is not subject to population restrictions.
The colony is a defensive area and has the ability to attack from a distance. Once the first colony is built, the "Apprentice" technology is unlocked.
When a city produces "Null", there is a chance to upgrade it; when a colony and buildings in the area are built, there is a chance to get a "Null".
For every Quarry Improvement Facility or Strategic Resource you are adjacent to, you will receive a +2 Productivity bonus.

Featured Building: Queen's Academy
The White Queen's special building replaces the barracks.
All melee and long-range land units trained in this city and "Airless" have +25% combat experience. When creating a non-civilian unit in this city, you receive 25% of the technology value spent on that unit.
Strategic resource accumulation +10 (at standard speed). Cannot be built in the camp area of an existing stable.

Featured Unit: Empty
A special unit built by the White Queen, replacing the builder. Requires inspiration to produce. Battle power increases as the era progresses, but cannot attack.

Featured unit: Empty
The White Queen's special melee/exploitation unit, replacing the Exploiter. Instead of consuming population, it consumes inspiration to produce. Battle power will increase as the era progresses.
