Mega Dragons

Description
Rebuilt! And nearing perfection!

"Mega Dragons" increases the size of dragons across the board, ranging from x1.5 to x3. Movement tweaks are also entirely baseline, meaning it will work with ANY dragon mod that uses that uses the base dragon actor. It works perfectly fine with both "Deadly Dragons" and "Diversified Dragons", though some blood dragons in the latter are normal sized for some reason; the nature of the revamped tweaks also means it will work with any version of the above mods.

Dragon behaviour has been modified to reduce the amount of glitches, and for the most part is in line with the older version of "Mega Dragons". Dragons have a preferrence to hovering or perching (and will sit in one place for longer), but will make the occassional flying attack or dive bomb; they will also no longer attempt to land until at low health (25% for most dragons, 10% for Alduin) or affected by Dragonrend, reducing the amount of contorsionist dragons seen. Landing radius has been reduced to zero, so dragons aren't picky at all about where they land (may end up in some odd spaces as a result). Also maxed out the distance before the dragons switch to their low-resolution textures.

List of sizes:

Most Dragons -- x2.50 Normal size
Odavhiing -- x1.50 Normal Size (so he fits inside Dragonsreach)
Paarthurnax -- x2.75 Normal Size
Alduin -- x3.00 Normal Size

Known Issues:

- The "freeze-in-place" glitch. It seems to be tied to when a dragon tries to perch on a rock, and I'm working on a solution for this one. The temporary fix for this problem is to reload the cell, entering and exiting a nearby building will do the trick. This is also the last remaining "severe issue" with the mod due to it interferring with functionality.

- Generally glitchy and/or awkward movement. The biggest challenge with increasing the scale of dragons, and fixing it involves adjusting the AI packages for flight quite a bit. These haven't been adjusted so far in this version of the mod, but will be seen to in order to "smooth out" the flight patterns of dragons.

- Wierd rag-doll effects from dragon corpses, phasing into the ground and such.

- Some of the dragons in "Diverisified Dragons" don't have their size affected by this mod, mostly seems to be recolours of the base dragons. Unfortunately, the problems likely originate in that mod; if an actor added in by another mod doesn't use the traits of the base dragon template, this mod doesn't affect it. Putting "Mega Dragons" after other dragon mods in the load order will ensure it catches as many as possible, but not quite all.

- Lagging when dragons land. Not sure if I can do anything here, it might be related to a PC's performance. The worst instance by far is the intro sequence to the game in Helgen, which can be avoided with a quick-start (or alternate start) mod. If the lag is too much for your PC to handle in the open world, there are other mods which only double the size of dragons. Reducing the size of dragons in this mod would make it redundant, so I can't do much there.

Enjoy slaying the plus-sized dragons which have infested Skyrim!

If you see a dragon the size of Godzilla bearing down on your city, do NOT waste time by stopping, pointing, and shouting "Oh no, it's Godzilla!" You WILL be roasted if you do. Instead, just...

RUN

A few clipping issues here and there (most notably when they crash into the ground and slide which for some reason drops fps like crazy), but overall I think this really enhances the experience of fighting dragons. It actually makes sense now why everyone would be so worried about dragons attacking. Even a regular run-of-the-mill elder dragon seemed to take up the entire College of Winterhold courtyard.

I say this is highly unreccomended as it will break your game

What about automated scene where Player jumps on top to finish killing the dragon? I enlarged the dragons in a mod until the that scene, and my player was standing inside the neck only shoulders and up could be seen of PC. But if they don't land...But I really like the notion of it; I always thought they were way to small.

It didn't affect their size for me
They never landed at all under 25%
All they did was fly away

This glitched out Odavhiing so I couldn't get him in the castle, he was small enough but his model kept spazing out.
