High Elf Vanilla Landmark Buffs

See the pics above for the details. I've buffed some of the High Elven landmarks to make them more worth their costs.

The Court of the Phoenix King has one extra noble added. Didn't feel like reloading the game for one last screenshot. =P

Yeah, it's still working. My mods have been mostly patch-safe so far. I'm lucky, cuz I have way too many to keep them updated in a timely fashion if shit hits the fan. =)

Does this mod works with current version of the game? Because even tho the last update was months ago, maybe it works because it buffs the High Elves themselves and as I can see, everything that is buffed it`s the same so far
