This was made a long time ago as a test. It has long since been playable but I never uploaded it because reasons. There are no art assets for this so it isn't pretty. Thanks to Kelly for the wonderful character art!

Anything to do with bugs feel free to let me know if anything occurs. If someone strongly feels the need to make art for this that would be neat. If anyone wishes to use anything from this project in their own they can feel free to do so. I would appericate being thanks for my hard work though!

I quite like it, dmg does seem a bit busted (more of a atack speed synergy with certain statues)
seems to work but has some visual bugs only with the hero looks tho, might be jsut me with other mods, titles seems to be +1 atack power per every NG as 6+ng number, other than that i like dworf combo crit build

oh and all titles for him are ERROR .titles gunner -X, x being the number of current titlebased on bosses and ng

it looks visially F very much like i still have the sprite of the character i changed into gunner, with some wacky pixels of accual gunner sprite, i tried ranger and WH, tried restarting but doesnt work, that normal or i got some error?
are there mods that dont like being active with this mod as well?
skills and attacks seem to be working just fine tho

Once you download it, you need to make a new profile in game, or change an existing one to be a modded profile.

There you should be able to find a list of mods you have subscribed to make sure this one is enabled.

From there you need to make a new character of any class. Find kelly the modder in town, interact with them, switch your characters class to the gunner class and you are done.

The class now feels very good to play. First i feared its a bit OP when you actually adressed all of my issues at once, then startet do struggle again in the next levels. So i think it hit the right spot.
Being able to move while at max rpm makes it so much more dynamic and satisfying.

Thanks again, and also from one of my coop players, that also swapped over to that class.

Okay I just pushed a patch through that should make the character feel a bit better to play. Let me know what you think after you get a chance to play around with it.

My char currenlty has T3 Skills unlocked.

I agree, that everything that bothers me with this class is thematically correct on its own. But in combination it feels too punishing. (To a point where bats and ghosts are my mortal enemies :*D)

Regarding the single taps. If you can track how many bullets are fired within a time frame, you could do like: if there is at least 0,5* seconds between clicks, and the minigun starts from 0 rotational speed, the click does not increase the rotational speed and therefore the spread stays the same.
*) actual value depends on the balancing aspect

Would be great if the movement speed while on max rpm would be influenced by items. (No movement speed bonus from items = standstill. But items can increase, just as the combo can now)
