Compressed Metal Bars

Description
Enables the ability to create reversible, compressed metal bars in order to save space (and fps).

This adds a recipe in the forge to turn 100 bars of metal into a single bar of compressed metal, the recipes to turn 1 bar of compressed metal into 100 bars of normal metal is also included.

Currently only pure metals and steel are available for compression (no alloys).
