France 1940 skirmish/coop mission

Thanks to MOPAR and DJSatane for converting the original mow vanilla mission into MOW:AS2 and COOP fix

Note #1: Yes, I know...The used units are MOW:AS2 stock versions - they are NOT all historically correct...
