Description

Now cats are smart and can talk. Cats are tagged [CAN_LEARN], [CAN_TALK] so cats will be able to talk, but they will need to drink, eat and sleep

Maiq heard if you give them catnip, they stop complaining. Maiq also heard if you give them boots they will stop complaining.
