Dazzling Resprite

Changes the sprite of the dazzle cheek to a custom-made animated one.
Thanks to Clau for helping me put this together, and to egocarib for letting me reference their code.

(known bugs: the dazzle cheek retains it's sprite while unidentified, and continues to play it's animation. I asked around about this one, but couldn't find an easy way to patch it. if anyone knows how, please let me know in the comments!)
