I don't know if this is happening to anyone else, but I foolishly didn't enable customisable ethics in the Game Rules and now every Faith reformation or creation ads Chaste, Generous and Diligent (and most of the times Temperate) as sins and Lustful, Greedy, Lazy (and most of the times Gluttenous) as virtues. I tried with different unreformed faiths and also katholic, orthodox, and islamic faiths. This doesn't happen when you enable the Game Rule (But my current hellenic playthrough is sadly borked now :(). I use this mod with polytheism reborn and your patch for it if that helps.
