Hi all, another SFO patch balancing a mod from the legend @Xoudad, whom all credits and kudos go to for original mod. This was quite a quick patch. Also hopefully enjoyed by all those SFO players out there!! If there are any inconsistencies, please don't hesitate to comment them down below.

The unit cap in vanilla with the Konrad mod is 2 for the units at first, but when using SFO 3 and this submod, the unit cap starts at 102. Any idea why?
