This mod will detect the resources of all regions that have resources and expand the resources, and currently each resource in each region can be clicked twice as long as it has not been clicked on this resolution

Each expansion consumes 25pp and occupies 3 plants for 30 days to add 16 resources, and steel adds 32 resources in the second resolution
