In a land with a History rooted in literal Piracy such as Metalburg, criminal syndicates are bound to be a common thing. For that reason, The Metalburg Bureau created a car designed to be bought by mafia members, with a stereotypical design, a booster perfect for heist escapes, and the obvious name, Honcho. They would make tons of sales and the buyers could be tracked, so it would be a win-win for both the Bureau's pockets and public security. In the end, most of the sales went to normies who watched too many crime movies, and the police wasted much of their time keeping a watch on nerds who had never held a gun in their lives.
