Dump water bucket

Description
Use the kitchen to dump all the water buckets lying around your fortress.

@[DKS] Killaim yes, only water will be deleted, no other liquid will be affected

@ConditionOfMan I think you can only add UI related mod to existing saves.

Is there a way to manually update this in the game files? I assume you can't add this to an existing world otherwise.

@fnorgby I think if the well says "bucket is full", it still works properly, maybe you should check if there is any empty bucket. You can designate a pond to test your well.
