Description
Adds some new interactions and decisions that make playing a stewardship-focused run a little more fun.

Interactions Added:

Purchase Title (allows purchasing land from people in your realm)
Legitimize Ruler (allows you to remove all claims on a vassal's land in exchange for something)

Decisions Added:

Centralize Development (Bonus to capital development)
Modernize Infrastructure (building slot and development bonus)
Invest In Vassals (give vassals a development bonus and get an opinion bonus in return)

Mini-mechanic:

Prosperity

the longer you stay at peace, the bigger bonuses to development you get! The bonuses start small after about 5 years of not being at war, and max out after 20 years of not being at war.

Came here to post the error message that was spamming millions of times in my error.log file:

Error: add_county_modifier effect []
Script location: file: common/scripted_effects; update_prosperity_bonus line: 43 file: common/on_action/prosperity_on_action.txt line: 66

I only found out about it because even in the year 1000ish my game speed was super slow, and had a population issue. Checked the logs as well and found millions of errors spammed, traced down the error to this mod.

@ssirbe1's fix works, thanks I was about to look so you saved me some effort, I appreciate you.

legitimize_rule.txt line 131 "for_strong_hook" is incorrect scope and is spamming errors in the log. Should be "has_strong_hook"

Great idea for an development mod. Though it is quite OP.

The centralize development decision does not go away after pressing the button.
I suspect its missing the cooldown. Otherwise you press it again thinking that you forgot it. And wasting prestige for nothing.
It looks like since it has no cooldown, it's basically a permanent modifier and not a temporal.
Which makes that decision very OP. 200 prestige for a permanent 75% modifier is very cheap. It makes the time being stuck as tribal much shorter.



In 00_trait_decisions.txt inside vanilla decision folder you will find cooldown for the normal development decision.
Maybe something that could be adapted to the centralize development decision?

Wonderful mod. Except the prosperity is too op in my opinion.
