So basicaly it felt like if you want to become an industrial power house you have to build a masive amount of miners, refineries, generators, etc. Which makes sense to be honest, But I got lazy building and manning them...

So I ramped up nearly all production speed x10. I did NOT increase production speed in buildings that produce finished product like food, armour, weapons and the like.

So now instead of building 10 refineries you can build one and call it a day.
