[ANP] Entropy: Zero 2

Adds cool NPCs, such as:

-Clone Cop-
Has 500 hp
Regenerates health over time
Can switch between shotgun and ar2 in the middle of a fight
Can throw "SLAM"(grenade with different model :P) and activate it if the enemy is near it

-Armored rebels-
Have increased body protection
Can throw grenades
Can survive one headshot if they have their mask on

-Elite rebels-
Have increased body protection
Can throw grenades

-Heavy rebel-
Can throw grenades
Has very heavy armor(can absorb damage sometimes)
Slow

-Medics-
Can heal friendly rebels (and players) if they are close

-Rebel Scanner-
Scanner but painted
