Sinobi Martial Art Bindings

Description

Vanilla friendly Shinobi Dark / Black Martial Art Bindings

A new separate cloth item (does not replace anything):
New detailed texture (not just color map)
New dark Icon.

Stats:
The same as vanilla binding but provides +10% stealth

Buy from Shinobi trader (does NOT require an export or a new game, just wait restock)
Also commonly used by Shinobi thieves (does require an export or a new game)

Not sure if a blueprint has been added, but that would be welcome to both mods. Along with directions on where to find the blueprints.

The mod list tends to get cluttered, so if they are of similar theme and released at the same time, they may as well come in one package.
