Dustcoat revamp

Description
Restores shadows and details using drifter's coat texture that is more detailed in vanilla.

Same texture size.
Does not require import (to update icons find old and remove them from \Kenshi\data\icons and new one will autogenerate)

Reshade friendly (does not oversharpened or does not have repeatable patterns to cause flicker)

Do you think you could give the Ashland hat a similar makeover, since it uses a similar texture to the vanilla dustcoat? Would be hella appreciated, compadre. :steamthumbsup::beeped:
