Not Nailed Down

Description
Have you ever wanted to decorate your base?
Loved hearthpyre, but wanted something simpler?
Does it drive you insane that you can heft an 8000 lb salt kraken corpse but not a 3lb basket?

Now you can just Pick ♥♥♥♥ Up. I have removed the nails that were tacking everything to the ground and rudely keeping treasures out of your expansive pockets. Be free and scavenge!

Notes and Tips:

- Currently, the “get” option is the default highlighted interaction option on some impractical items, like ovens. Im going to look into this when I get the chance, I’d like to fix it.

- This mod changes 2 properties of furniture: the physics:takeable value is set to true on nearly everything, and the weight of some furniture is adjusted for realism and balance.

- If another mod or update adds furniture, Not Nailed Down will likely let you pick it up.

- I've left some important set pieces untakeable to prevent easy access into locked places, cheesy dungeon strats, and generally messing up quests and NPC interactions.

- You can make your own mechanical contraptions with power sources, wire, hydraulics and any other grid based tech gadget you find!

- Ring gates (the rare pink teleport gates in the overworld and caves) are able to be taken and moved, but they will still teleport you to the same location.

- Quantum ripplers (the gold and purple pillars that sometimes have stable spacetime rifts between them) don't function if you try to stabilize a spacetime rift between them sadly. They will also explode in your inventory if you walk through somewhere with normality effects.

- ovens have recipes tied to them, carrying them to a new area won't get rid of it. If you like a recipe, steal an oven!

- There are many things too heavy to carry normally. To move them, use reprogrammable recoilers. You can also equip and throw things into place.

- You can equip light sources such as sconces or torchposts. I've made light producing objects a bit heavier so torches aren't immediately useless.

- The tinted glass doors at the Barathrumite's enclave have a wanderstopper property before you finish "More than a Willing Spirit" and gain access to the whole base. They stop any NPCs (chromelings) from wandering through them. After you finish the quest, this changes so they allow anyone to open the doors and wander through. Phase/dig/cheese your way into the Barathrumite enclave early if you really want doors that do that.

- Some furniture items are unique. Use metamorphic polygel for more of them.

- You can modify some tech furniture with tinkering.

Longstanding bug with certain artifact furniture not fixed since it was identified by the author in 2023, this mod may require tweaking if you don't want regeneration tanks and psionic sarcophagi to break. Check the discussion page "Bug- No Take Furniture" for a possible fix.

Does it work added mid-save?

I'm not sure if it's related to this mod, but I have been able to pick up a few locked doors in my game. Very helpful, but probably not intended behavior.

I can't seem to pick up the candelabras in the Exiles Refuge. They look awesome and I'd love to add them to my stash spot.

Between this and chaos' Gigantism mod, I was able to decide that an Issachari village's poor conduct had revoked their library privileges... so I took it. Four bookshelves, three Barathrum clocks (two Quetzal, one regular), a bronze brazier and a kline.

10/10 would commit vigilante library theft again.

Neat mod, but unfortunately I keep getting Baetyls that are like "bring me three clay ovens" now.
Clay ovens weigh 1000 lbs so that's not gonna happen, lol.
Probably need to add the NoSparkingQuest tag to really heavy furniture, or something.

Hello, just an FYI the "Take all" action on an item pile seems to be including doors (and probably other furniture)

Thanks again for the cool mod!
