Starting Hero & Gladius+ Compatibility Patch

Description
This is a compatibility patch to resize the starting heroes from Phaeron Amarkun's mod to match Gladius+.

Only the races covered in Gladius+ are included in this patch, Sororitas and Mechanicus will be adapted in separate patches.

Credits -
Phaeron Amarkun for the original starting hero mod
Qai and co for Gladius+

Hi,thank you for your work, I did a Sororitas and Mechanicus patch, but I think it will be best if you upload it to your Workshop. :)
