Configurable Train Cost Rebalance - Cheap Wagons, Expensive Engines

Description
With this mod, all RAIL vehicles in the game use automatic cost calculation.

Increases purchase and maintenance cost of locomotives while decreasing costs of wagons.

Balances the game more around carefully picking right locomotive for the job instead of the amount of wagons.

By default, both values are set to 5 and can be adjusted between 1 and 20.

Useful alongside mods that change capacity of wagons.

Indeed... And i'm not sure how to solve something like this.

It is a nice idea. But it makes trainsets also way more expensive. because most of the trainset wagons are also powererd.
