Alarielle Factionwide Sisters Handmaiden Damage

Description
Alarielle will now provide 8% Sister and Handmaiden ranged damage factionwide, and I've added a 12% upkeep reduction on Sisters factionwide.

Yeah that's what I meant, this mod in that other! Yeah its easier to update smaller mods, and much faster. Im just glad we dont have a mod limit as I've just subbed to all your skill mods haha

Do you mean the "merge" version I made? I just added it since technically it is a skill being changed. But I need to discontinue the merged character skill mod as I will not be good at keeping it up to date if I change one of the component mods. I'll forget. X_x
