Starting Year: 1963




Situated at the Estuary of the Kudo and Naku Rivers, the region had been one of the most influential, second-to-none trade entrepôts for many centuries until the industrial revolution in 1868. The glamorous scene where myriads of longshoremen heaving goods out from the traditional Shuinsen ships, and the bustling streets where the hubbub from shoppers, merchants and tourists wafted in became history and a much-vaunted nostalgia bragged by many older generations. As time went by, the Peninsulas faced a tremendous exodus of people migrating to other affluent regions of Japan for better opportunities for employment and living standards. All that remains now is only a place of lifelessness, a place without vitality and its- soul.




Being the CEO of the transportation company appointed by the local Japanese Authority to rebuild the abandoned areas and bring back its population, can you rewrite the region's future so the past glorious legend can come back to life?
