Cosmetic Randomizer

Description
Randomizes your cosmetics!

This cosmetic randomizer can randomize your hat flairs, outfits, weapons, and stickers. Perfect if you have multiple favorite cosmetics or want to give some love to your lesser used and forgotten cosmetics! After choosing and randomizing your cosmetics, it also displays your new cosmetics and where each one came from, whether its from a base game roulette or a gigantic chapter mod.

How to Use
Simply open up your hat wheel and press crouch to randomize all of your currently equipped hat flairs, outfit, weapon, and stickers. You can also randomize your cosmetics through an Online Party emote(Nyakuza Metro/Vanessa's Curse required,) and automatically(by default, your cosmetics are randomized every level reload.)

If you want to prevent certain cosmetics from being randomized or want to change when your cosmetics are randomized, open up the config menu. There are settings to prevent specific hat abilities from being randomized, prioritize new cosmetics in the randomization pool, and even change how the randomizer looks(there's some really neat themes, and a really terrible one.)

Known Issues
-You may not be able to randomize through your hat wheel if you have any mods that alter it in some way/replace it with a custom wheel, such as those that add pages or extra hat slots.
-Stickers may not randomize correctly if you have any mods that change how they're equipped.
-(So far, the only conflicting mod is Jazzrabbit's "More Sticker Slots" mod)
-The randomizer tries to prevent repetition, but it can still happen. As a result, a sticker may end up getting chosen twice in a row.
If any other issues/bugs are found, please let me know and provide some details about it.

Special thanks to SuperInkLink for posting the original idea in the "Give a modding idea, take a modding idea" thread on the A Hat in Time Discord server. It was really interesting to figure out how cosmetics were equipped and stored, and how to process that information!

It's a little rough around the edges, but I really like how it turned out so far! :necroheart:
I've had a couple of times where even though I have cosmetics set to randomize on level reload, it changed mid level with no warning. I think it might be caused by material dyes, if you get a material dye it seems like a normal dye is assigned along with it.
