Monstro (Assist)

Description
Monstro, the figment of Isaac's imagination, joins the fray!

Monstro will jump into the air and target a random opponent to try to slam down onto, then belch blood tears in their direction. Monstro won't work if the targeted opponent is over a blastzone.

Constructive criticism, I think the charge up shoot be a bit higher. Given it has 2 attacks and spends a while out on the field, it feels like it should take a bit more to get him out imho.
