Rain World Try Catch

Description
Adds a try catch block around RainWorld.Update so that it logs more exceptions in the exceptionLog.txt file. Add a logToBep.txt file in the main Rain World folder so that it also logs exceptions in logOutput.log. Useful for debugging but may slightly affect performance.
