I actually made a Spark version of Cyclops using the latter method, as you probably know, but it was more of an experiment in implementing that strategy than anything, 'cause if you look at his legs in motion they're very noticeably jank.
I could've did a Spark version of Nebula, but like cyclops, it wouldn't be worth it, his mesh is built for a skeleton with human legs, not horse legs.
It's one of the main reasons why there's so few Spark cosmetics on the workshop.
