Prompt Broadcast System

What is this?

This is a small(-ish) script that allows server admins to manually create a prompt that is broadcast across the server to all players (at least that's the idea.)

Within the settings menu, the player can edit the text to display whatever they please (AFAIK, there's no way to make this admin-only, unless I start creating completely new pop-up GUI's and whatnot.)

Within this menu, the prompt can be edited as follows:

- The text itself
- Certain functions within the text;
>PlyName - Display the name of the player receiving the broadcast
>OSTime - Display the system time of the player receiving the broadcast
>SrvName - Display the name of the server the player is playing on
- Alter the position of the prompt
- Use a repeater that activates the prompt on a constant loop
- Change the fade effect for a scroll effect

This was requested by several people, and now that I finally bothered to figure it out, here you go.

There are also a couple of client-side console commands, not featured in the menu. I may or may not add these in later:

BroadcastDelay How long until the text begins to fade out

BroadcastUseCustomFont Use a custom font, set by the player instead of the preset font

BroadcastCustomFont The font to replace the default font
