[Patch]Craftable NewRatkinPlus Apparel & Weapon

Description
This is a simple patch that make NewRatkin uncraftable apparel & weapon craftable.
Need to research a new technology in the research tab of Ratkin tech to unlock these apparels and weapons.



The following apparel & weapon has been adjusted:
Ratkin battlesuit;
Ratkin head band;
Ratkin mask helmet A;
Ratkin mask helmet B;
Ratkin package;
Santa hat;
Santa package;
Santa robe;
White coat.

BFR 3000;
Ratkin magic wand;
Prototype pulse rifle.

Thank you! This mod is exactly what I’ve been looking for.

I do have one request — would it be possible to add support for NewRatkin+ [1.6]?
For now, I’ve been modifying the files myself to make it work, but it’s a bit inconvenient since my changes get overwritten every time the mod updates. :(

Because the items are not balanced / have features that are missing or broken. IDK if this mod author made any changes to the items to fix them or if they just made them craftable.

Why they were uncraftable in the first place? Thanks for the mod.
