Adds two new merchants in the North and South that sell Cross weapons and uncommon weapons like -Expired- and -Truth Two-.

Their masks are also in shops as common items.

This includes both model's skins and both models are compatible with skins for the original models.

Not all textures were used.

There are belt slot variants.

These people will not despawn until Tengu is killed.

This adds every vanilla weapon to Cross, -Expired-, and -Truth Two-.

It is supposed to cross-reference between these rare manufacturers into even new, modded weapons.
