Space 1999 - VIP Module Mk IIa

VIP Module for the Eagle.

The Interior is now accessible thanks to the addition of small doors. WooHoo! I've left the interior empty for you to fill as you want.

Changes from Mark I:
* Reworked with small doors, windows, and other blocks that didn't exist in 2017.
* Interior is pressurized.
* Reshaped with newer blocks.
* Converted from nuclear power to batteries.
