[fix] Frostmourne 霜之哀伤

Description

霜之哀伤 replace Baseball bat.

在原版的基础上去掉了过时的脚本解决不必要的冲突，修复了击打物体时仍有棒球棒的声音的bug，添加了新的音效

On the basis of the original version, the outdated script is removed to solve unnecessary conflicts, the bug that there is still the sound of a baseball bat when hitting an object is fixed, and a new sound effect is added.
