Increased HP pool ~ +20-50%
Increased MD for shield versions
Increased unkeep ~ +10-30%

Load order only matters for scripts and some reskin /animation mods. Everything else is table load order. https://tw-modding.com/index.php/Troubleshooting#How_to_Load_Order

Does it work for defaul mod manager? Didnt know that, why then there is possibility to change mod priority?

Placing a mod above the other one in the load order does nothing, unless it's for scripts. The load order is done by the table names. So if your table names have a low load order, they won't load
