Railway 2 is a brand new network package which is packed with numerous new features, while maintaining the existing features of original Railway 1 project. It also brings new types of networks such as quads and mainlines. Check Railway 2 Guide in the collection, linked above.

Ohio 14th Street
The Fourteenth Street Bridge, also known as the Ohio Falls Bridge, Pennsylvania Railroad Bridge, Conrail Railroad Bridge or Louisville and Indiana (L&I) Bridge, is a truss drawbridge that spans the Ohio River, between Louisville, Kentucky and Clarksville, Indiana.
Built by the Louisville Bridge Company and completed in 1870, the bridge was operated for many years by the Pennsylvania Railroad, giving the company its only access to Kentucky. Ownership of the railroad and the bridge passed on to Penn Central and later Conrail, which then sold the line from Louisville to Indianapolis, Indiana to the Louisville and Indiana Railroad, the current bridge owner.
The draw portion of the bridge is a vertical-lift span, built in about 1918 in place of a swing span. The towers and machinery of the lift span were designed by Waddell and Son, Inc., and there is a plaque on the SW tower reading, "Waddell Vertical Lift Bridge, Waddell and Son, 1917". The draw span is across the upstream end of the Louisville and Portland Canal, which includes the McAlpine Locks and Dam. Ohio River traffic passes through this canal to navigate past the Falls of the Ohio.

This is a vibrant blue version of the previously released bridge as part of original R2 release. This color shade is compatible with recently published pack 7 of deck and warren girders.

Other colors are also made such as rusty red, bright red and white and they're available on Patreon.

  • Pack of 2 networks:
  • Viaduct network: Contains the ground abutment and node switches with other networks. Elevated, nodeless viaduct network.
  • Bridge network: Contains the main truss on bridge prefab and transition networks on elevated prefab.
  • Electrified: Comes with overhead lines. If you wish to use diesel only, use Network Skins and disable catenaries.
  • Part of Railway 2: USA expansion, that features accurate rail profile, 1:1 scaled wire height and many more features.

Ohio metalwork textures are shared between networks.

Comes as electrified networks. Use Network Skins to disable wires on-dragging, or Catenary Replacer to cancel wires map-wide. Part of RAILWAY project, thus requires Railway Replacer to customize track props.

Highly recommend to check the complete guide for full features and details.

And obviously, I should have read your comments, because you have already mentioned this!

I'm kinda torn on CS2 becoming a thing or not, on one hand the Devs will be able to bake in a lot of the stuff that has become so common with Mods, but on the other hand all the Work that the amazing community like yourself have done will be lost (until it's transferred/ported over!).

This variant has an option to disable tracks on bridge. Use that option with AN and drag one of the custom roads that has a slim bridge base

Thanks for comments.

Speaking of roads, this bridge also allows you to completely disable tracks, so you can drag a road network over truss structure. Might come in handy until I make road variant
