Reworked + Merged Talent Trees

Description
I'm not playing the game rn so no updates planned

A lot of talents have been reworked:
• The captain was given back the 3rd talent tree
• Some old skills have been returned or combined with new ones
• Talent trees unlocked from the beginning
• You can start to spent point in another talent tree before completing the previous one

The line of code which gives the recipe isn't in the code. It is only present in the definition. Also, there are other talents that are missing values, such as Junction Junkie and Machine Maniac

I like what you've done so far, but would it be possible for you to make a version that doesn't make the mechanic have the engineers trees, and likewise with the other jobs?
