Description
The addon isn't mine, It's by Dexter the Heckster, who deleted his Steam profile.

This addon adds Plasmids with different abilities such as:
Bleed;
Bullet;
Electricity;
Explosion;
Fire;
Heal;
Light;
Soul;
Telekinesis
