This mod has the purpose to Improve the Multiplayer Experience.

- Host Tool
- No Slowdown or Pause when a Player lags behind
- Less desync
- Division Limit for AI

-State Transfer & Core
-Whitepeace

-Add 1 Off-Mil
-Remove 1 Off-Mil
-Add 1 Off-Civ
-Remove 1 Off-Civ
-Add 50 PP
-Add 50 Army XP
-Add 50 Navy XP
-Add 50 Air XP
-Add 10k Manpower
-Remove 10k Manpower
-Add National Spirit "Neutral Nation"
-Remove National Spirit "Neutral Nation"


Compatibility
- All players need this mod
- Should Work with the most basic Mods, but total overhaul mods with new countries can not access the host-tool.

Off-map factories can't be conquered and don't physically exist but you can use them to produce IC

Okay Bippo i found the Problem its the localisation the buttons will work you just need to click on them but they will be in gamespeech so if u want to read them as they should be turn the game to English or say me on wich language u are playing and i will make a quick Update.

The only thing I can see next to the current ingame year is Transfer_State_On/Off
